Refund Policy

Learn how returns, exchanges, damaged items, order changes, and refunds are handled.

Return Window

Unless a store-specific policy states otherwise, eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

Return requests sent after the return window may be declined. Some items may not be eligible for return because of hygiene, safety, customization, final sale status, or supplier restrictions.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact roganize@monolop.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Returns sent without approval may be refused, delayed, or returned to sender.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, handling fees, payment processing fees, and customs duties may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or defect.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another resolution. We may request additional information before approving a claim.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, packing, shipment, or supplier fulfillment.

Exchanges depend on inventory availability. In many cases, the fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
