Most messages are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days. During holidays, product launches, or carrier delays, response times may be slightly longer.

Order Questions

If you are asking about an existing order, please include the order number and shipping address ZIP code so we can locate the order quickly. If your package shows delivered but has not arrived, check nearby delivery areas and contact the carrier before opening a support request.

If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier.
